Hello neighbors. I live in East Rock, and a bird that is obviously an escaped pet has been spending a lot of time in my back yard for the past several days.

If you have lost a pet bird, please post a description here.

(Yes, I recognize that this may be a pet bird that has been dumped in the park).

The bird has ample food, water, and companionship in our back yard, but, thus far it has eluded our attempts to catch it in a baited cage. This bird sadly won't survive a CT winter.
